every time your start another conversation with yourself
that’s a context switch
into another new process
in your mind
and possibly also a meta level of
another conversation
you keep about a handful
of last contexts
in ram
some still processing
you can send some thoughts
from other processes
to hibernate
you could call this
forgetting things
if you forget everything
thats a reboot
you can check if rebooted
by trying to remember what you thought last
if that fails
it worked
you could say
you got lost
if you got lost
be thankful
relax
context creation leads to
load on both
your mind
and possibly
your body as well.
you can always
try forcing a reboot
to force a reboot
stop doing what you are doing right now and do something completely different in
another posture
for a while
check again (by questioning your own actions)
if rebooted
if it fails
force another reboot
your body works
from soft to hard,
and back again
smoothly
your mind
as well
but since some hibernating processes
still run
from time to time
you might get the feeling
you are constantly
out of ram
and processing power
although
you feel like
you
did
almost nothing
you could say
you
thought all day
but can’t remember anything
what
you
did
and maybe
remember something
you thought
if your battery is empty
no processing happens
you
might
be hungry
eat something
if movement
is
hard
drink
if your ram is low
you might feel like
constantly rebooting
with no effect
you might be anxious
leave a trace
of what you are doing
go
out
for a walk
to come back
to read the note
later
to release
current
processes
into
sleep
